Englewood Construction’s redesign of Stratford Square was an exciting opportunity to modernize and transform it into a more vibrant, community-oriented destination. Our plans included adding more outdoor shopping areas to take advantage of Illinois' warmer months, outdoor cafés and dining options as well as creating a central gathering space to host events, pop-up markets, food trucks, live performances.
