Englewood Construction, Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in the construction of retail, restaurant, shopping center, senior living, office, industrial and hospitality projects, throughout the United States.
Our reputation has been built on our strict adherence to Project Schedules and our sensitivity to budget constraints. We have compiled and continually update commercial construction cost data across the country and develop current pricing models for numerous local and national commercial projects.
Our national qualified subcontractor base exceeds 20,000 subcontractors and suppliers.
Englewood has the experience and the resources to build Lifestyle Centers as we did in Canton, CT, build free standing (ground up) projects for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Farm and Fleet, Outback Steakhouse and BJ’s Brewhouse, or follow national clients such as American Girl, Macy’s, GAP, Bright Horizon’s, Aldi, Burlington Coat Factory, Ruth’s Chris and U.S. Foods across the country to complete their tenant improvement work.
