Description:
Wheaton Plaza, located in Wheaton, IL was an adaptive reuse of a single use furniture store into a multi-unit strip center. An entirely new façade and storefront system were added to give the plaza and new and modern feel. Interior spaces were demised off, the utilities split, and several tenant fit outs were managed.
