Englewood provided preconstruction and construction management services for this ground-up fuel station and convenience store project in Darien, Illinois. The facility was designed to maximize traffic flow, improve vehicle access, and create a clean, efficient customer experience from arrival through checkout.

The project features a contemporary convenience store with expansive glass storefronts that provide natural light and visibility into the retail space. Exterior finishes, including natural stone accents and modern architectural elements, create a polished appearance that elevates the overall customer experience.

Bright lighting, intuitive site circulation, and a strong convenience food offering help position the facility as a destination for both local residents and travelers. The result is a modern fuel and retail environment that reflects the evolving expectations of today’s consumers while supporting True North’s commitment to quality, convenience, and operational efficiency.
