The construction involved a complete adaptive reuse of the interior, converting what was previously a traditional American restaurant into a Brazilian steakhouse with entirely different kitchen, ventilation, and dining requirements. The open flame grilling setup necessitates specialized hood systems and fire suppression infrastructure. Electrical and HVAC systems were upgraded to handle the unique thermal loads from the grill and the meat lockers.
